The Landscape Weaver

Meet Elan, cultivating regenerative landscapes where craft, culture, and ecology are woven into place.

Designing for Joy

I founded Gerzon Landscape & Design with a simple vision shaped by two interconnected worlds: working with the land and practicing the ancient craft of weaving.

Through collaborating with Indigenous communities on food systems, running small farms, and apprenticing among traditional weaving cultures around the world, in India, Bangladesh, the Middle East, New Mexico, Costa Rica,   I learned to see each landscape as a living tapestry—a work of art formed through relationships among soil, water, plants, wildlife, culture, and human life, all woven into a living community.

Today, that understanding guides everything I do— every landscape I design & steward.

Our Approach: From Vision to Living Landscape

We create a scope of work, including immersive mood boards, 2D and 3D plans and renderings.
